September new home sales continue to thrive well with a total of 1329 units found their buyers and this figure surpassed that of August. Majority of the sales are contributed from the mid-range segment of less than $1.5million as affordability is the main key consideration for buyers nowadays with the tightening of home loan. The Florence Residences have achieved close to 65% sales and ranking no. 6 on the chart. With the dwindling supply of new homes in district 19, we would expect to see the price inching gradually as the development progress its construction. As more ECs in the district 19 hitting its MOP period, we would see more transactions and these sellers likely will also contribute some sales towards the new launch since most purchasers would prefer to stay in an environment they are familiar with.
